The 131 Preview Review Presents
Toby is a smooth, handsome and overwhelmingly sweet guy. Sure he's a little broken from his time int he military, but he doesn't let it slow him down.
Addy is broken, and comes with her own set of heavy baggage. A past no one wants to have had to live through, so to protect herself and her children Sean and Hanna she's build steel reinforced walls around her tiny little world.
Walls Toby systematically smashes through. Just as the heat levels begin to rise between them and they finally seem like they might be able to have some semblance of a real relationship the shit really hits the fan. Addy's tumultuous past rears it head.
The characters are strong, leaving you rooting for them. Wanting to see them get what they ache for. While the relationship between Addy and Toby is the focus I can't help but point out Addy's kids. They are true scene stealers and anytime they grace the page it's a joy to see what they are going to do.
I'd say Airicka's hit it out of the park with this one, so excuse me while I go and finish reading it.
